Ross's Goose
One of at least a dozen Ross's
Goose near Larimore on April 10, 2006. This species was identified by Betsy
Batstone-Cunningham and others on April 8. Note the smaller size in direct
comparison with the Snow Goose to the left. Also note the stubby, small,
triangular bill in comparison with the Blue Goose in front and the Snow Goose
